1. How to cancel my membership?

Once you have purchased the Membership plan, It will be valid for the selected period of time. Although you can make your profile de-active by login into your account so that your profile can not be visible to other users.

 

2. How do I know My payment was done successfully?

On successful payment, you will be receiving an email and a text message confirming your payment.  Also the receipt will be attached to the confirmation email.

 

3. Will I get a full refund?

In case you have requested a refund on the payment date itself and have not used any credits, we will deduct a processing fee of 7% and refund the rest amount. In case you have used all the credits there will be no refund. In case you have partially used the credit balance, we will calculate the refund amount, and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

 

4. Can I get a refund?

For requesting a refund you have to contact our customer service center, If your refund request is approved, you will receive the refund within 5-10 working days. Using NEFT or RTGS Payment mode.
